- After registering, you have another 14 days to return your product
- To receive a full refund, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. For example: take a secateur out of its packaging (without cracks) and look at it from all sides, but do not use it.
Please try to fill out the return form below completely so we can register your return. Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 3 business days. How quickly the money is credited to your account depends on your payment method. Is the amount still not in your account after 5 working days? Please contact our customer service. The costs for returning your order are for your own account.
